COVID-19 NOTICE & UPDATES
Dr. Doko will be offering telephone visits and in-person visits.
See below for information.
In-person visits will re-start on Monday November 9. Hours will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays 9 am to 1 pm. Visits will be on a walk-in basis.
When you arrive at the clinic:
Remain in your vehicle or remain outside the clinic and call the phone number
Call 519-254-7979 ext 2 and Staff will check you in
You will be called to enter the clinic when room available
Maintain social distance with others
Please sanitize your hands with sanitizer provided
You must wear a mask or face covering
Each room is disinfected after each patient visit
Please maintain social distancing while in the clinic
If the visit is for a child, 1 adult can accompany the child
Children under age 5 are not required to wear a mask in the clinic
If you are arriving for an in-person visit then you confirm that you have not had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.
If you need to see the doctor and you have fever and/or cough please let the Staff know at check-in and further instructions will be given.
The walk-in visits will be first come, first serve. Please note that due to volume of patients the doctor may stop taking patients earlier than expected.

If you require a telephone appointment, the process remains the same. Please text 226-280-7112 or email and doctor will call you same day or next day.

Notice about Flu Shots:
Our Flu Shot limited supply has been now administered. We are working on securing doses for children under 5.
If you are an adult or child over 5 then please go to your nearest pharmacy for your flu shot.
We have been notified that the pharmacies will not be giving flu shots for children under 5. We are working on securing doses from the Health Unit for children under 5 and our Staff will call you.
